Integrate once. Reach every operator on Seamless OS.

Integrate once.
Reach every operator on Seamless OS.

Selling into telecom means a bespoke integration per operator, scoped by someone else and scheduled on someone else's roadmap. That is the change tax, paid from your side of the table. Partners build into Seamless OS once and land in every operator that runs on it.

Three ways in. One integration.

Connectivity, technology and growth partners plug into the same layer. What differs is what you bring and how you earn.

  • Connectivity partners

MNOs, wholesalers, MVNAs and MVNEs. You carry the network; Seamless OS carries what a brand needs on top of it. Onboard a brand as a configuration, not a project, so the launches you win stop being capped by how many integrations your team can absorb.

  • Technology and platform partners

Payments, tax, eSIM, logistics, identity, insurance, AI and data. Build into Seamless OS once and your service is available to every operator on it, sold through referral or reseller models and deployed the same way each time.

  • Strategic growth partners

Consultants, system integrators, distributors and enablers. Your clients get a productized platform instead of a bespoke transformation, so your margin comes from repeatable delivery and revenue share rather than integration hours.

What partnering stops costing you.

Nobody signs off on the change tax on the partner side either. It arrives one scoped integration, one roadmap slot, one bespoke delivery at a time.

  • Reach a new operator

Your service arrives through the platform the operator already runs, rather than as a fresh integration scoped from scratch.

    A bespoke integration per customer

    Configuration

  • Ship a change

An update to what you offer reaches every operator on Seamless OS at once, on your own cadence.

    A release window per operator

    One deploy

  • Launch with a brand

A brand goes live on connectivity, commerce and the customer journey without a launch project between you and it.

    A launch project per brand

    Day one

  • Deliver a client program

Your delivery follows the same shape each time, so the work you are paid for is the advice and the growth, not the plumbing.

    A scoped transformation per client

    Repeatable

Build it once. Ship it everywhere it is already wanted.

Already integrated. Already in production.

Seamless OS ships wired to the services an operator needs on day one — networks, payments, tax, billing, identity and support. For an operator that removes launch friction. For a partner it means your service arrives inside a platform the operator already runs, not as one more vendor to onboard.

What a partnership has already delivered.

  • Inabler launched 11 brands in six weeks.

Inabler is a Sweden-based MVNE. On Seamless OS it onboards a brand as a configuration rather than a launch project, and it keeps launching new brands every year.

What partners ask first

How does the commercial model work?

Referral, reseller and revenue share. Which one fits depends on what you bring and how you want to sell, and it is agreed in the first conversation rather than picked off a menu.

What does the integration actually take?

One integration against documented APIs — see docs.telnesstech.com. You build against Seamless OS, not against each operator on it, so the work does not repeat per customer.

Who owns the operator relationship?

You do. When a partner brings an operator, that account stays the partner's — we do not go around a partner into their account.

Do you compete with your partners?

No. Seamless OS is a platform rather than a delivery organisation — we do not staff against our partners, and the services layered on top are theirs to sell.

We already work with an MVNE. Does that rule us out?

No. MVNEs and MVNAs are themselves connectivity partners on Seamless OS, so working with one is a route in rather than a conflict.

Tell us where you fit.

Leave your details and our partnerships team will come back to you with where your service or your clients plug in. The more specific you are about what you build or sell, the faster the first conversation gets useful.
